Within Kean Consult, he is responsible for the technological foundations that clients can build upon.

Anntje

Anntje has a background in software testing and evolved into a passionate People & Culture Manager with a strong focus on prevention and workplace well-being. She brings people together, creates structure, and supports business leaders in their HR and safety policies. Thanks to her years of experience in consultancy and operational roles, she understands what organizations truly need to grow sustainably. Within Kean Consult, she is the driving force behind the human and organizational side.

Our Journey

Kean Consult originally started as a practical structure to shape Kenneth's professional activities.
As an experienced expert in networking and infrastructure, he worked for many years with Net-Use, where he remains active today through Kean Consult.

In 2025, Kean entered a new chapter.
Anntje brought her own expertise – in people & culture, prevention, and communication – into the story. What began as a supporting company gradually evolved into a platform where both profiles complement and strengthen each other.

Kenneth and Anntje share a no-nonsense approach, a strong commitment to clients, and a clear focus on trust.
They sense each other well, know when to give space or step in, and both believe in growing with respect for who you are and how you work.

Today, Kean stands for connection, safety, and progress – both technically and humanly.
